Artist's Comments
This is the result of a CommDes assignment. It's not much, I know. We had to choose a word from a list to illustrate using only line. Normally I'd go for something like peace, happiness, or love. Something optimistic and bubbly. Instead I choose hatred. Hatred is something I have a hard time understanding. People carry out terrifying acts because of hate. Hate is an overbearing, looming but stealthy force. A force that can eat some from the inside out. Its a monster, and I can only hope that those who encounter it can learn to defend themselves.

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
